HindsFeet Farm
HindsFeet Farm is a family farm that we, Richard and Laurie Hinds, began in October 2010 for the pleasure and the learning experience for our 10 newly adopted children, who wanted the experience of living and working on a farm. We raise all our farm animals, several breeds of chickens, Nubian goats, Large Black Hogs, Angus and Jersey cows on grass.
We started off very small and we are still small, but growing month by month in fencing and animals in all the above breeds. We grass feed all our farm animals, including all our chickens. We also feed them several kinds of locally natural grown hay with no chemicals of any kind. We feed our chickens and our hogs garden vegetables, fruits, and clovers as well. Our ponds are fenced off and we water all our animals from water troughs so their water is always clean. All our animals are healthy and happy, never receiving any chemicals, antibiotics, hormones of any kind, but grown naturally on healthy natural pastures, hay, and fresh water, as God intended.
Right now, we offer truly pasture free eggs, poultry (turkey and chicken), every month for customers, and soon we will be offering pork, and beef for sale beginning this winter of 2012-13.
We sell directly to the public from our website and we have organized what we call Buyer Groups from our website where the leaders can get good discounts and their members can get smaller discounts on orders from our farm. We offer pick up points within 90 miles of our farm in Sulphur Springs, including Dallas and surrounding North East Texas, and directly from our farm. Contact us for a pick up near you!
