IN SEARCH FOR A GOOD, CARING CAREGIVER (Home Care Aid) FOR MY ELDERLY FATHER - LEWISVILLE

Looking to HIRE a good candidate IMMEDIATELY. We are searching for a long-term, stable, caring, reliable and trustworthy Home Care Aide for my father. This is for 3-5 days a week, at 3-4 hours a day (or more), days of week are flexible. This is a part-time position at this time but really need someone permanent and reliable. Start pay: $10 hr + bonuses

Hours are a bit flexible, and we can discuss a plan that works for both you and my father. We would prefer someone to start in afternoons. Basically, it's for 3-4 hours (or more) a day with a start time in the afternoons, preferably. The days would be for 3-5 days a week, flexible on which days.

This will be for a 69-year-old male with some disabilities, living in an independent, retirement apartment in Lewisville. He will need assistance with transportation on outings (occasionally but not necessary), medication reminders/help, cook a few meals occasionally, light, occasional housekeeping, work on projects with him, picnics (just getting him out of house and doing something sometimes), some help with grooming like trim fingernails(not bathing), assist with mobility at times, spending time/general companionship. I refill his medications, but he does need medication daily reminders and assistance. We would prefer someone that has knowledge of and can check diabetes/glucose, blood pressure and heart rate. However, we can train the right person. I think with a little additional help, can have a much better quality of life and stay independent. He has one cat that is friendly.

We need someone who is a hard worker, nurturing/caring, reliable/dependable and long-term. My dad is friendly and easy going.
