Greetings everyone! I have an apartment that needs to be subleased from August 1st to June 30, 2019.

I just found out that I will be getting on campus family housing with my daughter at Texas Woman's University, so I will not be needing the current apartment anymore.

It is a one bedroom apartment, so you will have the whole living room/dining room as your room. My roommate (Female, attending UNT) has the bedroom, and it is exactly the same size as the living/dining room. You will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and closet. It is a dorm room concept. My roommate is super sweet, and she is rarely home, so you will mostly be having the place to yourself.

It is $420 ALL BILLS PAID, including internet. The name of the apartment is 316 Fry. It is a 30 minute walk to TWU and a 10 minute walk to UNT. It is a very good deal for a student to save up enough money to go on a vacation!
