Body, Mind, and Golf Yoga Class

Meet in the Monument Realty PGA District for a 60-minute, golf-specific yoga session designed to improve flexibility, stability, balance and coordination by progressing through movements and exercises most relevant to your golf swing. This class incorporates breath work to build awareness and concentration. We will also utilize golf clubs throughout the session and students will be given tips and tools to build their mental game and play better. Participants are asked to bring their own clubs to use during the exercises.
No prior yoga experience is necessary and non-golfers are welcome. Modifications are offered for all ability levels.
Class size is limited and paid registration is required ($15). Please note that this is an outdoor class. Tickets are nonrefundable.

Join us for a kids’ fitness class at PGA Frisco! PGA Frisco is excited to partner with Tumbles Frisco, a local business focused on building confidence and getting kids moving. These sessions will help children build their strength, balance and coordination while having fun on gym stations and obstacle courses. Kids and parents will learn new skills while socializing with peers and taking part in age-appropriate activities.
Session 1: Ages 1.5-3.5 Years Old

Session 2: Ages 4-7 Years Old

Requirements:
Children must be registered through Eventbrite to participate. This helps ensure that there is a correct proportion of children to instructors and equipment. Tickets are $15 per child and can be purchased here.
Parents/guardians must remain at the event, for the duration of the event. Parents are required to participate if their child is registered for Session 1 (ages 1.5-3.5 years). Parents are required to supervise if their child is registered for Session 2 (ages 4-7 years).
All parents/guardians must sign the virtual participation waiver.
**Only child participants are required to have a ticket. Parents/guardians do not need to register for a ticket. This is an outdoor event. Families are encouraged to bring water bottles with them to this fitness event. Space for this event is limited and early registration is encouraged. Ticket sales are final, no refunds will be given.
