Robson Ranch Texas, a Robson Resort Community, is proud to announce that the University of North Texas Emeritus College is currently featuring Life Long Learning sessions to its residents in the 17,500 sq. ft. Wildhorse Clubhouse, which is located in the epicenter of the community.

Life Long Learning provides educational opportunities ranging from fine arts, music, current affairs, history, social science, language, literature, and health for a cost effective membership fee. Life Long Learning enables individuals to challenge themselves through mental activity that will undoubtedly facilitate a sharp and agile mindset. Recent research has demonstrated that an active brain produces new connections between nerve cells of which allows the cells to communicate with one another; this cerebral acitivity assists a brain in storing and retrieving information regardless of age.

Unlike traditional university classes with strict requirements and lengthy classes,Emeritus College offers a truly unique learning experience for adults age 50+ and are led by retired and current faculty along with area professionals. Classes do not require prerequisites and attendees will not be graded or tested; the program’s philosophy is to enable its students enjoy the process.
