TAAF State Championship LV 1-3A & Bronze Xcel Hosted by Achievers

ACHIEVERS GYMNASTICS TAAF TEAM PLACES  3RD AT STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

DENTON, TX – The Achievers Gymnastics Level 3 Achievement TAAF Team recently took home 3rd place in the team competition at the TAAF Level 1-3 Achievement, Bronze Excel State Championships.  The competition was hosted by Achievers Gymnastics at Swisher Courts in LakeDallas.

TAAF, Texas Amateur Athletic Federation, Level 1-3 Achievement State Championships are a unique event bringing together gymnasts throughout the state of Texas.  The gymnasts perform on each event for an achievement ribbon based on the score received for that event, not for placement.  However, the scores do count towards their respective team totals.  The Achievers Gymnastics Level 3A TAAF Team, comprised of Caitlin Childers (from Corinth), Shelbie Donaldson (from Rhome), Phoebe Richter (from Denton), and Kayla Ross (from Corinth), totaled enough points for a 3rd place team finish.

This was the culminating competition for gymnasts at this level.

For more information, please contact Nick Chaimson, TAAF team program director, at (940) 484-4900, or by e-mail at Nick.Chaimson@achieversgymnastics.com
