Cerulean Blue Coffee House in Flower Mound is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a Cerulean Blue Beach Bash on Saturday, June 28. The family-friendly evening will be filled with fun, food, and community. The main event runs from 5:30 to 8:00 PM and includes dinner, a dessert bar, raffle entry, and activities for all ages. Tickets are $20 for adults and $9 for kids.
Throughout June, Cerulean Blue has two limited-edition cookies including the Confetti Cookie and S’mores Cookie, both selected to commemorate the coffee house’s journey since opening its doors.
The Confetti Cookie is a soft, buttery sugar cookie packed with colorful sprinkles making each bite a celebration. This colorful, birthday-inspired treat marks Cerulean Blue’s first year of serving coffee and baked goods and becoming a neighborhood staple in the Flower Mound community.
The S’mores Cookie also is making its return to Cerulean Blue. This golden cookie base is mixed with gooey marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs. This fan-favorite treat delivers classic fireside flavors and the nostalgic feeling of a summer night.
“This month is all about celebrating the community which has fully embraced our concept,” said Jessica Dietzler, Chief Baker at Cerulean Blue. “The Confetti Cookie brings the party, while the S’mores Cookie brings us full circle, back to where we started.”
Located at 420 Parker Square Road in Flower Mound, Cerulean Blue invites guests to stop and enjoy a beverage or treat any time of day. In addition to the limited-time cookies, guests can also enjoy two year-round Cerulean Blue cookie staples: the Chocolate Chunk and The Caramel White Chocolate cookie.
Cerulean Blue’s impact reaches beyond North Texas. Through a partnership with Serve Hope International, Cerulean Blue serves direct farm-to-cup Honduran coffee sourced from a family-run farm in Central America. With every 10 pounds of Honduran coffee sold, Cerulean Blue donates a water filtration system to a family in need. To date, Cerulean Blue has donated 700 water filters.
