The holiday season is taking flight at the Frontiers of Flight Museum! Families are invited to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year at the Museum’s annual Santa Day, taking place on Saturday, December 6, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

In true aviation style, Santa Claus will make a grand entrance, landing right outside the Museum aboard an Airbus Helicopter before greeting guests inside. Children and families can enjoy complimentary photos with Santa, indulge in freshly baked cookies from Sugar and Sage Bakery, and sip on festive treats from a hot chocolate bar provided by CN Catering.

The morning will also feature hands-on holiday activities and family-friendly fun including coloring areas and STEM experiments and demonstrations throughout the Museum’s hangar galleries, creating a magical experience for visitors of all ages.

Event admission is free for Museum members, and regular ticket prices apply for non-members. Guests can buy tickets ahead of time through the Frontiers of Flight website or at the door. Families are encouraged to arrive early to witness Santa’s exciting helicopter arrival and enjoy all the festivities.

The Frontiers of Flight Museum, located at 6911 Lemmon Avenue on the southeast corner of Dallas Love Field Airport, offers the perfect backdrop for this unique holiday tradition, where aviation and imagination come together for a morning of joy and wonder. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for youth ages three to 12, $10 for seniors 65 and up, and children two and under are free.
