ACHIEVERS GYMNASTS COMPETE AT USA GYMNASTICS NATIONAL INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT 

DENTON, TX – Two gymnasts from Achiever’s Gymnastics Center competed in the 2015 USAG   NIT (National Invitational Tournament) in Des Moines, IA, on May 17, 2015.  Achievers Gymnasts competed very well in this by qualification only competition.

            Outstanding performances were turned in at Level 10 by Emily Milliet from Denton and Megan Dennis from Lewisville.  Dennis placed 6^th on Bars in the Level 10 Sr. C Age Division.  Milliet’s top finish was 14^th on Bars in the Level 10 Sr. B Division.  Additionally, this competition was attended by most of the NCAA college gymnastics coaches in the United States, looking for future team members.  This was the final competition for Achievers Gymnastics in the 2015 spring competition season. 

Results:

Level 10, Sr. C Division

Megan Dennis, from Lewisville: (Lewisville HS) 6^th on Bars, 13^th All Around, 15^th on Beam, 16^th on Floor.

Level 10, Sr. B Division

Emily Milliet, from Denton, (Calvary) placed 14^th on Bars, 20^th on Floor and All Around.
